We are looking for a team member that will apply their experience and provide feedback.


We are seeking a Quality Manager to become an integral part of our team. You will Support and enhance existing Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure our products are delivered efficiently, on-time, and with unmatched quality.


As the Quality Manager you'll develop, implement, and coordinate quality assurance programs to ensure that customer and company needs are met or exceeded. Ensure that quality systems are both followed and effective. Apply now and be part of a winning team!



  • Evaluate and present plan to upper management for significant improvements to existing QMS, identifying areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and industry standard adherence.

  • Identify, track, and mitigate quality risk on all programs, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing metrics, and driving continuous improvement to ensure high quality deliverables.

  • Plan and conduct internal audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards, proper specifications, customer requirements, and statements of work while ensuring process' are properly documented and maintained.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to implement process improvements and drive continuous quality enhancement.

  • Build and present monthly quality metrics report to program managers across division as well as upper management, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and action plans.

  • Attend regular internal meetings with staff and external meetings with our customers to address quality inquiries, concerns, and requirements.

  • Initiate and attend internal kickoff meetings to review scope of project, workflow, deliverable requirements, and schedule to ensure quality process is established to achieve project success.

  • Manage the documentation and record keeping of quality related processes, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.

  • Responsible to perform QA reviews on programs as workload and staffing dictates.

  • Provide quality training and quality system overview to new hires. Document training records accordingly.

  • Participate in hiring of additional QA representatives when required.

  • Represent Tech Services Division and support corporate quality manager during ISO/AS9100 audits; note the extent to which quality objectives are met, document and remediate any nonconformities immediately.

  • Must monitor and enhance quality metrics, key performance indicators, and benchmark tracking across all programs to improve overall division quality.

  • Experienced with Statistical process control (SPC) tools that use statistical techniques to control a process and monitor behavior, discover issues, and find solutions


The ideal candidate will need the following qualifications:



  • 7+ years of experience managing quality program and 4-year college degree required.

  • Experience with managing a quality group with direct reports in technical publications related field.

  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, and relevant industry standards.

  • Ability to develop material and properly train staff on quality control processes and procedures.

  • Must be able to foster a culture of quality and accountability throughout our organization.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Must have experience interviewing and evaluating potential new hire candidates.

  • Must be available to work overtime to meet program demands.

  • This is a remote position, with occasional travel required to meet with project teams and/or customers.

  • Technical publications and/or aircraft maintenance background required.

  • ASQ Certification preferred.

  • Six Sigma Certification preferred.
