UI Designer

We are looking for someone like you to play a pivotal role in shaping the visual design of our products and services! Join our team as a User Interface Designer and translate ideas into beautiful and intuitive user-friendly interfaces!

Your work will include:

• Planning and creating user interface designs and visual designs.


• Optimizing existing user interface designs and components.


• Creating wireframes and prototypes for new products.


• Designing custom icons, illustrations, and graphics that enhance the user experience and reinforce our brand identity.


• Executing the development, building, and maintenance of a design system.


• Defining best practices and technical specifications in relation to UI and visual design and assets within.


• Researching visual design technologies, applications, and industry trends and standards.


• Attending design and strategy meetings and presentations.


• Adhering to the Creative Department’s design process of iteration and approval.


• Collaborating with co-workers, management, clients, and others courteously and professionally.


• Conforming with and abiding by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.


• Willingness to adapt to change when effectiveness requires it, including but not limited to digital and cloud-based workflows, communication, interdepartmental collaboration, expanding knowledge and skill sets, etc.


• Other duties as assigned.

A Qualified Candidate:

• Has 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer.


• Has a BA in UI, Design, or a related field.


• Has a strong UI design portfolio.


• Is proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Figjam, etc.


• Has effective time-management and prioritization skills.


• Has critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication abilities.


• Has an ownership mindset and pride in performance.


• Has the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.


• Is comfortable sharing skills and teaching peers.


• Has knowledge of copyright, usage, and permissions.


• Has an entry-level understanding of front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) or programming concepts


• Preferred general visual design experience
