Job Description

MC2 Data is looking for a Web Designer position to join our dynamic Product Team, working hands-on with our consumer ecommerce platform and website.   We are looking for a talented individual to assist product management and development in all aspects of design.  If you have passion and expertise in direct marketing, creative design, and graphic design, MC2 Data is the place for you. This position entails web development expertise as well as an understanding of visual communications. This position requires multitasking on different projects and scheduling tasks to ensure you stay on track. You will never be bored! This position is 100% remote so no relocation or daily commute is necessary. You must not require any sponsorship to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design full range of digital creative across multiple screen sizes, including on-site banners, experience pages, emails, online advertising campaigns, etc
• Work with product and engineers to ensure quality of visual and interaction requirements are met
• Work with internal teams to ensure designs align to the brand and maintain consistency
• Complete projects as a team as well as individually

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Web Design experience
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator is a Plus
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• RWD (responsive web design), proficient in Twitter Bootstrap is a plus
• Able to multi-task, follow-through, organize and manage numerous projects at once
• Work well independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem solving skills that can be used to deal with internal and external problems in a professional and expedient manner
