The Post Production Coordinator will report into the Video Production Manager and be responsible for supporting the post production process for videos across all Anthropologie Group brands. That includes assisting the Video Production Manager with creating post production timelines for internal teams and freelancers, ensuring all timelines are on track and deadlines are met, keeping a constant line of communication with all editors, working with Digital Design team to collect assets, following up with internal teams for feedback, communicating with marketing and social teams on video status, keeping video tracker up to date, and checking all final videos for delivery.
This role will support day-to-day operational needs to ensure efficient workflow and effective processes of the video team in their editing process. This role will also work closely with Creative Operations team to create more efficient video editing processes. Above all, they must be a team player that treats others with respect, kindness, and humility.
