Zink continues to grow and due to our continued success, we are hiring eight new temporary employees, with the ability for full-time, permanent employment. These positions will work on an assembly line and packaging line, manufacturing Flowtron Bug Zappers, using simple hand tools, and packing, boxing and shipping finished goods.
We are hiring immediately, with a start date as soon as Monday, November 18, 2024
Daytime Shift: 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday - 4 Ten-hour shifts.
We will provide the training and the tools that you need to be successful in your position. This is a fast-paced job, working as part of a team and there is plenty of work to accomplish. We can offer you a great place to work with awesome employees to work with. The work is not difficult but requires attention to detail and employees who are quality minded.
We have 8 positions, 40 hours a week at $12.00 an hour to start, as a temporary employee. After 60 days, if you have great attendance, a willingness to learn and demonstrate your ability to work as a member of a team, you will be eligible for full-time employment with benefits like Health insurance, Paid Time off, a 401K plan, 18 Paid Holidays and a $1 for $1 H.S.A. Match. If offered a permanent position, your hourly rate can go as high as $16.00 an hour, or $33,280 a year. A great Zink perk is you will always enjoy every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. You read that correctly. You will never have to work on a weekend!
