    Qualifications      
    1. High School diploma.
    2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
    3. Comfortable working with students on math, science, writing and reading.
    4. Ability to communicate with and relate positively with students and staff.
    5. Preferred Somali speaking
    6. Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.

     
    Responsibilities 
    1. Working 1:1 or with a small group of students while providing academic support, encouragement, and positive reinforcement while holding students accountable.
    2. Develop and work with a record keeping system.
    3. Implement and record individual student interventions.
    4. Working 1:1 with iPads, email, and student information systems to communicate with staff and students.
