You are hungry and willing to hunt.Β You are not afraid to pick up the phone, send emails, or knock on doors. You understand the transportation space, and you understand the challenges faced by shippers, logistics providers, truck drivers, and yard operators; and you are effectively able to connect the dots between those challenges and show customers how your solutions address them. You collaborate well cross-functionally, and you have a passion for improving the supply chain.Β
The Business Development Director, West Region will be responsible for driving ConGlobalβs growth and impact in the Western Region through building a pipeline of business through existing leads, cold calling, knocking on doors, network (existing and building new), and tools provided to assist.Β This role is responsible for progressing this pipeline through the sales cycle and closing business.
