Job Overview:ย As a Call Center Agentย your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
ย
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concernsย
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance, support and resolution for a great customer experienceย
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, insurance offered, set up rentals, reservations and quotesย
- Escalate calls to EAโs when needed if you cannot resolve the issue or ask for help in agent chat groupsย
- Work your scheduled shifts and a minimum of 37.5 hours a weekย
- Flexibility to move your schedule when needed to meet call volumes/ability to work any shift/any timeย
