Responsible for ongoing day-to-day client relationship management on assigned accountsΒ
Oversee the performance, development, and management of direct reportsΒ
Build strong relationships across internal departments and external partnersΒ
Manage all aspects of technical and creative projects, including project planning, fact -finding, execution, timing, functionality, troubleshooting, quality, and costΒ
Provide problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution stepsΒ
Work closely with cross-functional departments to set project expectations, priorities, and deadlines and effectively communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback to internal teamsΒ
Lead client calls, manage status reports, and provide meeting minutes.Β
Train new team members and current team members on product and processes, be able to provide client- facing training as necessary.Β Β
Proactively provide thought leadership, tactical solutions, and process improvements to both internal and external stakeholders.Β
