The Opportunity
We are actively seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our client's team as a QA Automation Eengineer supporting Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
In this role, you will be instrumental in addressing customer concerns, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our products. Your responsibilities will encompass both manual and automated QA.

Responsibilities

Bug Resolution and Support:
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, Product & Engineering teams to promptly evaluate and reproduce reported technical issues.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and provide clear reproducible steps to engineering to assist with quick resolution times and a Β seamless user experience.
Manual Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product and service quality.
  • Identify and report bugs, issues, and potential improvements, collaborating closely with the development team for resolution.
  • Perform manual Quality Assurance testing for new features as well as regression testing.Β  Β Β  Β 
Β Quality Assurance Automation:
  • Maintain and improve the test automation framework.
  • Implement new automated tests in the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Ensure all new features have appropriate automated test coverage.
  • Progressively implement QA automation on appropriate existing features.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Cypress and Jest.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation.
  • Experience with Git and version control platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
  • Experience with API testing and tools like Postman.
  • Strong debugging skills within browser and mobile Developer Tools.
  • Experience with mobile testing frameworks like Appium or Espresso.
  • Proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests for Flutter applications.
Customer-Centric Approach:
  • Understanding of customer support dynamics with the ability to provide indirect support through the Customer Success team.
Communication Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address QA issues, bug fixing, and administrative challenges.
Adaptability:
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to continuous process improvements.
