The Customer Service department makes sure that payments are being made for both hospital and government accounts. As a representative, the employee will help the responsible party understand why there is a debt attached to their name, as well as provide direction for any disputes or issues pertaining to an account. After training, employees are expected to be proficient in working the dialer, incoming calls, taking payments, and noting correspondence BOTH in ENGLISH & SPANISH.

Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. 100% attendance is mandatory
