As an Analyst on the Cybersecurity & Trust team, you will assist with various projects and tasks to meet privacy, security, and compliance related requirements including but not limited to third party risk management and customers’ privacy and security inquiries. You have a passion for staying current on the latest trends and advancements in privacy, security, and compliance and are able to work independently in a fast paced environment. This role can be fully remote for candidates based in the US.

The opportunity

  • Concisely and accurately respond to customer inquiries regarding Dataminr’s privacy, security and compliance controls

  • Conduct analysis of vendor and partner risk 

  • Assist with the implementation and support of internal privacy, security, compliance training programs

  • Lead various projects and tasks to meet privacy and security-related requirements

What you bring

  • Approximately 2-4 years of experience working in privacy, security, and compliance

  • Understanding of complex SaaS environments 

  • Experience with security, privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, etc.) as well as data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CPRA, etc.)

  • Experience with analyzing third party risk

  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced environment

Colorado, New York, California, Washington only: The salary range for this position is as indicated below. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience, among other factors.
 

Colorado: $101,500 - $104,500
New York/California/Washington: $112,500 - $116,000
