JOB SUMMARY:
The Specialty Client Sales Executive at Argano plays a crucial role within the sales function, setting strategic direction, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets. They focus on driving sales and maintaining a high-level of client satisfaction. They are responsible for finding new business opportunities, engaging new clients or prospects, developing proposals, and handling the contract process. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to target and engage prospective clients, fostering strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Client Executive Director plays a crucial role in driving the company's expansion and ensuring client satisfaction.
Argano is currently seeking an experienced, organized, self-motivated and energetic individual with a strong track record of success to manage EPM sales opportunities in the U.S. and Canada areas. This person must possess a strong drive to succeed, be proactive in client service, enjoy following up on leads for new and existing business, have good knowledge of financial reporting and present a professional demeanor which will reflect positively on Argano and our company image.
This Specialty Client Executive will report to the CRO, EPM and will be responsible for developing new business. This person will be the primary point of contact for clients interested in learning more about Argano services and solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating Business while managing client relationships
- Coordinating the process of proposal development
- Identifying and assisting with the resolution of clientsβ business challenges
- Presenting recommendations and findings to senior client management teams
- Business Development activities including:
- Helping create and manage lead generation activities
- Connecting and following up with attendees from marketing events
- Driving attendance to future marketing events
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
- Multiple years of demonstrated experience selling Oracle Hyperion Cloud EPM/ERP/SCM/HCM and/or other performance management consulting services with enterprise software companies and/or top tier consulting firms
- Excellent writing, editing, speaking, planning, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members or individually
- Strong interpersonal, social, and networking skills
- Exceptional project leadership skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensure that your customers and prospects are receiving timely feedback and support as needed.
- Functional background including finance, accounting and computer skills experience is a plus
- The candidate must reside in area of the United States. While we will work to minimize travel (including coordinating some work to be performed off-site), qualified candidates should be available to travel as needed up to 100%.
