Job Description

Are you a skilled event coordinator with a knack for bringing people together and creating meaningful connections? We are looking for a Networking Event Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis, where you can earn up to $500 per event. If you're passionate about networking, have excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute successful networking events.
  • Select suitable event venues, catering, and manage logistical aspects.
  • Oversee event registration, communication, and participant engagement.
  • Build relationships with potential event sponsors and partners.
  • Facilitate icebreaker activities and encourage networking among attendees.
  • Gather feedback and make improvements for future events.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all event participants.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A creative mindset to design engaging networking opportunities.
  • Previous event planning experience is a plus but not required.
  • A passion for networking and helping professionals connect.
  • Ability to work independently and meet event deadlines.
