The Role


The successful Healthcare Recruiter is data-driven, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced working environment. This role necessitates experience recruiting for hard-to-fill healthcare positions with a drive to devise creative sourcing strategies to enhance recruitment success and retention. Responsibilities include attracting, screening, and extending offers to top talent, as well as coordinating onsite career events and forming partnerships with educational institutions. This individual will serve as a brand ambassador for Panorama Eyecare, ensuring our values and mission are effectively conveyed to prospective candidates. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain robust partnerships across various departments.Β 


Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with department leaders to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role and the needs of the organization.
  • Develops and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Generates a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight deadlines.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and identifies recruitment improvement opportunities.Β 
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Partners with Human Resources to identify salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinates, attends, and participates in a wide range of career events to advertise, recruit, and promote talent while serving as a brand ambassador for the organization.Β 
  • Enhances company culture and employer brand throughout the recruitment process by providing accurate job previews and expectations for candidates.Β 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Who You AreΒ 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Β 
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience.Β 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience recruiting for healthcare positions.Β 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience with Paylocity preferred.

Additional Job Details

  • This position is remote with travel to the Fort Collins and Denver area as needed.Β 
  • This is a Full-Time Position.
  • Candidate must reside in CO or the Southern Region of WY.Β 
  • Compensation for this role will be $75k - $90k based on experience/certification.
