The HR Service Management Analyst works with HR Process Owners, Program & Project Leaders to identify process (re)design opportunities andΒ provide facilitation, tools, coaching and management oversight to document end-to-end HR processes (including swimlane level 1 β 5 process maps, impact assessments and standard operating procedures). Be a process partner on major integration and transformation projects and programs, performing process gap analysis, workforce activity surveys & providing recommendations for change. This role is responsible for managing HR related projects and process design sessions leveraging a broad range of SMEs across the HR function to optimize HR processes aligned with the organizationβs integration and growth agenda.
