Description

The HR Service Management Analyst works with HR Process Owners, Program & Project Leaders to identify process (re)design opportunities andΒ provide facilitation, tools, coaching and management oversight to document end-to-end HR processes (including swimlane level 1 – 5 process maps, impact assessments and standard operating procedures). Be a process partner on major integration and transformation projects and programs, performing process gap analysis, workforce activity surveys & providing recommendations for change. This role is responsible for managing HR related projects and process design sessions leveraging a broad range of SMEs across the HR function to optimize HR processes aligned with the organization’s integration and growth agenda.

Please note this role is 100% work from home and can be located in any location within North America, Great Britain, Latin America or Manila.

The Role

  • Lead process design and requirements sessions and workshops
  • Manage portfolio of processes within set project management/PMO requirements
  • Identify change management challenges & partner with teammmates to provide strategies to enable adoption on new processes
  • Partner with key stakeholders including HR leadership team and Global HR Service Leadership to ensure resource allocation & support for changes
  • Gather & analyze current processes & requirements & lead gap analysis
  • Develop &/or oversee process documentation (process maps, narratives, etc.)
  • Work with the process teams to define appropriate process metricsΒ 
  • Develop work aids, such as process descriptions, checklists, templates and guides to assist in the implementation of the new / revised process as necessary.
