We are seeking an Operational Support Engineer (OSE) within our Marketing Platform team to serve as a vital link between Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance processes and systems for improved scalability and efficiency. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of OSEs and Software Engineers using an Agile methodology, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development as you drive impactful solutions and innovations across departments.
Automate the creation of marketing campaigns for a variety of mechanics across our product verticals.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing stakeholders to derive detailed requirements from their processes.
Advise marketers on how they can use various systems to achieve intended outcomes.
Ensure high quality deliverables by constructing end-to-end tests aligned with our customer journeys.
Familiarity with integration platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate/PowerApps, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, or Zapier.
Proficiency in querying databases using SQL.
Programming experience using a general-purpose language such as JavaScript, Python, C#, or Java.
Prior professional experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Past experience as a member of a scrum team in an Agile environment.
Experience working with APIs and familiarity with tools such as Postman is a plus.
