- Ability to understand technical requirements.

- Must be able to work autonomously (with minimal direction) while also being part of an integrated team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum years of work experience:Β Β 5 years in pharma or pharmacy patient support programs and would prefer mid-level management experience
- Minimum level of education or education/experience:Β Β Bachelors Degree in business or Healthcare related field preferred

The hiring range for this position is $142,000 to $172,000 per year. The actual base pay offered will consider candidateβs geographic location, job related knowledge, experience, and skill amongst other potential factors. There may be a bonus or commission, and/or a long-term incentive that will be provided as part of the compensation package, along with medical, financial and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
