Technical Lead with working experience in CHUI / GUI / Web development and support in Progress4GL/OpenEdge
Responsibilities :
Maintaining BAU ticket Queue in a Level 3 support team.
Coordinate with Level 2 Team & Business for solving problems.
Provides Technical Guidance to team member and review their deliverable to ensure the quality of delivery.
Supports business at EST hours by working on deliverable items as like any other individual contributor.
