About the role:Β 

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the successful completion of projects related to The Nuclear Company. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will report into the Director, Project Development.Β 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Project Execution: Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and identify and address potential risks.
  • Permitting and Approvals: Support and direct the permitting process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects meet high standards of quality and adhere to best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, financial performance, and key metrics.Β 

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in energy infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of successful project development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
  • Knowledge of regulatory, permitting processes and industry standards in energy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Β

Estimated Starting Salary Range:Β 

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on aΒ semi-monthlyΒ basis.Β Β The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may includeΒ experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.Β
