About the Job

Our client's Project Managers drive successfulΒ softwareΒ implementations and client-related projects.Β  This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on position, managing all aspects of project delivery, including timely deliverables. TheΒ role requiresΒ uncompromisingΒ attention to detail with a strong technical aptitude.Β  The PM must exhibit excellence in communications and tool usage to further the company's success in the market.Β  The PM works cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to accomplish their responsibilities.

What You'll Do

Β 

  • Simultaneously manage numerous complex projects and bring them to successful conclusion
  • Function as theΒ advisor and first point of contact throughout our deployments to ensure the customer gets to business value as quickly as possible.
  • Manage overall project lifecycle, including project schedule deliverables, timelines, and aligned outcomes.
  • Build relationships and champions with the customer, manage key stakeholders, and drive escalations internally and with the customer.
  • Internally coordinate between sales, engineering, product, leadership, and support to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Help build best practices resources for delivering our enterprise solution and share them amongst team members and customers.

What You Bring

  • SignificantΒ Project Management and implementation experience
  • The ability to execute numerous complex engagements simultaneously and communicate progress clearly and succinctly.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to focus squarely on execution
  • Understanding how to work in anΒ Agile environment
  • Extensive customer-facing experience and stakeholder managementΒ (at multiple levels)Β skillset
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at influencing others to work with you on behalf of the customer.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Travel as might be required.
