Our client's Project Managers drive successfulΒ softwareΒ implementations and client-related projects.Β This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on position, managing all aspects of project delivery, including timely deliverables. TheΒ role requiresΒ uncompromisingΒ attention to detail with a strong technical aptitude.Β The PM must exhibit excellence in communications and tool usage to further the company's success in the market.Β The PM works cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to accomplish their responsibilities.

- Simultaneously manage numerous complex projects and bring them to successful conclusion
- Function as theΒ advisor and first point of contact throughout our deployments to ensure the customer gets to business value as quickly as possible.
- Manage overall project lifecycle, including project schedule deliverables, timelines, and aligned outcomes.
- Build relationships and champions with the customer, manage key stakeholders, and drive escalations internally and with the customer.
- Internally coordinate between sales, engineering, product, leadership, and support to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Help build best practices resources for delivering our enterprise solution and share them amongst team members and customers.
