Position Purpose: With the Iowa Total Care Network Development team, you will coordinate all of the network adequacy activities across all (3) lines of business (Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace).Β
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of project management experience. Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments. Healthcare experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Understands the Iowa provider network/ the provider contracting and loading lifecycle/ network adequacy concepts
Ability to manage large amounts of data from many different sources and turn that into actionable direction
Ability to communicate in a way that simplifies/distills all that data down into key points
Pay Range: $54,000.00 - $97,100.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Β Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Β Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
