Job Summary

 

Sitel Group® is looking for a Project Manager for PMO that has a clear understanding of what it takes to deliver the mission and objective of the Project, while delivering the stakeholders unique vision of CX and brand value. The Project Manager is responsible for leading a project from initiation to handover, this includes planning, execution, managing resources, scope management, and risk control.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Planning what work needs to be done, when and who’s going to do it
  • Assessing risk and managing mitigating actions
  • Ensuring the deliverables are executed to the right standard
  • Motivating a team of people involved in the project
  • Coordinating deliverables with Project Team members
  • Ensuring the project is running on time and to budget
  • Managing changes to the project as and when necessary
  • Ensuring the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits

 

 

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

 

  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize multiple conflicting priorities
  • Ability to collaborate and have the willingness to work with team members, coach, share skills and methods
  • Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of agile methodology, techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions
  • Must be able to take initiative and have strong follow-up and follow-through skills

 

 

Experience Target

 

  • Managing projects
  • Managing teams within projects
  • Experience in  outsourcing environment, preferred
  • Working with key decision makers

 

Tools and Applications

 

  • MS Office, Project Management Tools (example: Smartsheet)

 

 

Education 

 

  • A four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
