Quality Assurance Lead

Position Overview:
SoftDev is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee and implement quality assurance processes for a large-scale program. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of program activities and deliverables. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality assurance planning, execution, and continuous improvement within government or healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Frameworks:
  • Develop and implement QA frameworks to uphold rigorous quality standards across all program activities, including data collection, audits, and investigations.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive QA plans and programs to support contract requirements.
• Deliverable Review:
  • Review all program deliverables to ensure they meet accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to ensure deliverables align with client and contractual expectations.
• Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to identify areas for process improvement and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Facilitate ongoing evaluation and refinement of QA processes through regular reviews and feedback loops.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and incorporate lessons learned to enhance quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience planning, conducting, and supervising quality assurance work on similar, large-scale projects.
• Proven expertise in developing quality assurance plans and programs, and conducting QA reviews.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
• Familiarity with government or healthcare project requirements is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degree or certifications in quality assurance are a plus.
