We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
Provide information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Update customer records in the database
