We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to support our administrative team. As an entry-level position, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in healthcare administration.


*Responsibilities:*


1. Administrative Support:


- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.

- Manage electronic calendars, schedule appointments, and meetings.

- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and correspondence.


2. Data Entry and Management:


- Accurately enter patient information, demographics, and insurance details.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our electronic health record system.


3. Customer Service:


- Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and mail.


4. Document Management:


- Scan, file, and maintain electronic documents.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.


5. Special Projects:


- Assist with projects, events, and initiatives as assigned.


*Requirements:*


1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.


2. 0-2 years of administrative experience.


3. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.


4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).


5. Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) preferred.


1. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


*Certifications/Licenses:*


- Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) preferred.
