Job Summary:
Finance is a strategic business partner throughout the organization, creating value by aligning with the businesses. The Raytheon Missiles and Defense Finance Organization has an opportunity available for a Financial Analyst in who will help provide support of program, functional, centralized planning organizations, and accounting. Top candidates will raise the performance levels of those they work with by leveraging their knowledge to complete challenging and complex assignments in a team environment. Through timely and qualitative analysis, finance professionals are also expected to raise the performance of the business by providing the insight and information needed to make confident data-driven decisions.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Master's degree in one of the following disciplines:
Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Management, or other closely related field.
This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs
or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Qualifications We Value:
Analytical skills and the ability to become proficient with main-frame style business systems where vast amounts of data require mining and analysis.
Ability to work alone and on teams in a results-oriented environment to develop solutions for complex problems that will gain desired outcomes.
Internship or experience in a business management or finance role in a company environment.
Cumulative/overall GPA of 3.2 or higher

This position is based in one of the following Massachusetts locations: Andover, Marlborough, Tewksbury, or Woburn. The location will vary based on which of our teams you join. Living in Massachusetts means you’ll have easy access to the ocean and locations of historical significance. You can enjoy varied outdoor activities ranging from hiking and camping to cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. Massachusetts is recognized as one of the best states to call “home.” Based on COVID19 this position is currently telecommute.
