It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Sales Director to lead our North American sales team. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will have the opportunity to lead our new business efforts in the region. As the world and travel landscape shift around us, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and lead the charge in executing our growth strategy.Β 


As a Sales Director, you'll be responsible for:



  • Leading a growing sales team comprised of a BDR Manager, Account Executives, and BDRsΒ 

  • Delivering on new business performance targets for NA and underlying KPIs

  • Auditing and improving market segmentation, territories, and compensation plans to ensure the team is set up for success

  • Equipping the team with processes and a playbook to empower the team to consistently meet their monthly revenue targets

  • Partnering with our product organization to establish channels for our internal teams to understand and prioritize market feedback to evolve our products

  • Working in lockstep with Marketing and Sales Enablement to continuously improve KPIs through the entire sales funnelΒ 

  • Working with the CRO and the rest of the leadership team to evolve commercial strategy, thinking through pricing, packaging, and targeting as we continue to lead our industry

  • Representing Sales in all relevant leadership groups and fora and being a visible brand and culture ambassador internally and externally

Now that we've told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:



  • Hospitality or travel industry experience

  • Deep experience successfully leading high-growth B2B SaaS sales organizations - establishing and meeting substantial revenue targets.Β Β 

  • Experience in driving growth in mature, and new marketsΒ 

  • Experience architecting high-performing teams - knows what it takes to support and grow high achievers, from comp plans to sales enablement.Β 

  • Experience in managing a combination of mature and emerging markets, and a playbookΒ 

  • Be comfortable as a player/coach - has a track record of closing high-impact deals while supporting their teams to do the same and leading by example.Β 

  • Have a customer-first mentality, eager to work with the CRO and the rest of the company leadership on evolving our commercial strategy.

  • Highly motivated, driven, and a self-starter

  • Vacation Rental industry experience is a plus
