ValidaTek is seeking a highly qualified Senior Travel Training Specialist to support the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs Queue Management (CAQM/Q-Flow) lobby line management and customer experience program. The CAQM program provides software, hardware and capabilities that improve the customer waiting and service fulfillment experience at the bureauβs domestic Passport Agencies and Overseas Posts. These locations provide Passport, Visa and Overseas Citizen services for U.S. citizens and foreign nationals.

As a Senior Travel Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the end-users of the CAQM/Q-Flow system are properly trained on maximizing the value of the system. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for our software products. You will play a critical role in ensuring our clients and internal teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize our software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, instructional design skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
