Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. We are is in search of a Program Manager to lead global oversight of our Oracle Health Revenue Cycle products acrossย all of our multi-tenant stakeholders. Serving as a crucial link between a customerโ€™s Revenue Cycle functions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows while meeting the specific needs of our multi-tenant stakeholder space.ย

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:ย 


Spearhead the global configuration and workflows of the Oracle Health Revenue Cycle products, aligning it with organizational standards, providing alignments across ourย multi-tenant collaborators, and providing education when needed.ย

Undertake ongoing maintenance and support of Revenue Cycle, solve technical issues, applying updates and modifications, and upholding data integrity and security.ย 


โ€ฏย 


Provide comprehensive education to Revenue Cycle departments and staff, conducting customer calls when necessary, generating user documentation, and offering ongoing support to address inquiries and concerns.ย 


โ€ฏย 


Continuously evaluateย and identify areas for improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and collaboration with Oracle support and/or development teams.ย 


โ€ฏย 


Collaborate effectively with various collaborators, including customers, IP development teams, consulting, support teams and healthcare professionals,ย improving good communication skills for gathering requirements and coordinating system changes or updates.ย

Additional Responsibilities:ย 


Evaluate and approve/deny global Revenue Cycle changes that mayย impact multi-tenant customers.ย 



Demonstrate a solid understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows and stay abreast of industry standards.ย 



Apply Revenue Cycle experience to enhance system implementation and solve processes.ย

Requirements:ย 


Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, information systems, or related field. Equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may be considered.ย 


ย 


Oracle Health Revenue Cycle System Knowledge Required: Solid understanding of healthcare operations and Revenue Cycle workflows. Familiarity with patient registration and scheduling, coding, health care billing, and regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience with Oracle Health Revenue Cycle products. Knowledge of system functionalities, configuration, and integration with healthcare systems.ย

Technical Skills:ย Proficiency in system implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Experience in system integration, data analysis, troubleshoot, and software updates. Familiarity with SQL databases and scripting languages isย advantageous.ย

Ability toย identify and resolve technical issues,ย optimize system performance through data analysis, and troubleshoot problems. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.ย 


ย 


Communication and Collaboration: Superb communication skills for interaction with various partners. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals and work effectively in a team environment.ย

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in configuring andย maintaining the Oracle Health Revenue Cycle products. Ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.ย

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracleโ€™s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
