The Opportunity






  • Work closely with diverse teams to develop and fine-tune the product vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals through unique and innovative approaches.
  • Oversee the entire product development process, with a focus on delivering value to our users and achieving business objectives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client needs, identify product opportunities, and launch innovative product capabilities that offer unique solutions and experiences to HR Acuity clients.
  • Spearhead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to uncover trends and opportunities for innovation within our platform.
  • Facilitate client discovery and feedback sessions to gain a deep understanding of user needs, translating insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Clearly define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements to engineering and design teams, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality results.
  • Employ data-driven strategies to establish key product metrics, assess performance, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within the organization, promoting innovation, user-centric design, and collaborative brainstorming.








Qualifications






  • ย A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record in SaaS product development.ย 
  • Proven ability to rejuvenate legacy systems, ensuring products are updated and optimized for scalability, performance, and user experience.ย 
  • Strong experience in managing relationships with large enterprise clients, with a knack for sophisticated stakeholder management.ย 
  • Proficient in managing technical debt and prioritizing between immediate client needs and long-term product innovation, with the insight to make strategic decisions on feature requests.ย 
  • Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision-making, plus the ability to work with incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs and turn them into solid action plans.ย 
  • Exceptional communicator skills, adept at orchestrating customer feedback sessions and aligning cross-functional teams towards a common vision.ย 
  • A solid grasp of Agile methodologies, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, iterative development setting.ย 
  • Deeply empathetic toward users, with a substantial grasp of UX/UI design principles and a dedication to delivering superior user experiences.ย 
  • Proficiency in managing remote teams and steering projects in a distributed workforce.ย 
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $120,000 and $150,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
