Sr. Technical Engineer

As Nuvolo'sΒ Sr. Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for using your ServiceNow knowledge and programming abilities to (1) Answer product/feature questions; (2) Coach, Train, and Provide guidance to Customers, Partners, and coworkers; (3) Resolve Customer & Partner issues, and (4) Solution Design, Develop & Implement Enhancement requests.
As a Sr. Technical Engineer, your role will include:
- Troubleshooting complex technical systems and Writing, Testing and Debugging code (50%)
- Communicating with Clients on daily basis (20%)
- Documenting Client interactions, code/configuration changes, next steps (10%)

- Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
- 5+ years working as a ServiceNow Developer/Implementation Specialist, or
- 5+ years working as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer
- 5+ years relevant experience* writing and debugging code in an object-oriented language (JavaScript, Java, C#) in any full-stack web development framework
- Comprehensive understanding of
- Change Management (ITSM/ITIL)
- ServiceNowβs CMDB Architecture
- Diagnosing Performance Issues in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Best Practices β Scripting, Technical, etc.
- ServiceNow Certifications:
- Certified System Admin (CSA),
- Certified Application Developer (CAD), and
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-x)
- Experience configuring bi-directional integrations, REST/SOAP methods/resources
- Comprehensive Knowledge and Experience in solutioning, writing, testing, and debugging code/processes for Business/Scoped Application Development, including:
- SN Core Platform Implementation & Setup
- Client-side Scripting β Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Policy Actions; GlideForm & GlideUser APIs,
- Server-side Scripting β Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, Scheduled Jobs, etc; GlideRecord, GlideSystem, & GlideDateTime APIs.
- Table/Form/List Configuration and Customizations,

- Securing Applications against Unauthorized Users/access from other Applications

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$140,000 base salary plus bonus.Β Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education.
