This position will serve the Air Conditioning and Water Heating Divisions.Β This role is based in the South-Central Region, with our ideal candidate located in either Arkansas or Oklahoma, near a major airport and with roughly 50% travel.
Strategic Partner β Provide unprecedented strategic sales/service to premier national accounts, working closely with Rheem internal partners to do so. Establish and maintain a strategic partnership selling relationship with the Premier Account customer.
Communication βΒ Strategically communicate Rheem competitive pricing, product, quality, sales tactics, and pricing. Be the conduit between Rheem and the premier account customer.
Proactive Conflict Resolution βΒ Seek ways to resolve conflicts with Premier national Account Customer and internal partners before they arise. Smooth the way for seamless service to the customer.
