Job Description
The Vice President of Academic Innovation champions academic excellence and spearheads the integration of innovative, data-driven instructional practices and artificial intelligent (AI) solutions for our schools. Reporting to the SVP, School Superintendent, this role is pivotal in fostering successful and robust relationships with school partners, while leading the development of adaptable educational models that use AI technology.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 3 - 6 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a personβs education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the positionβs work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employeeβs salary level. Β Salaries will differ based on these factors, the positionβs level and expected contribution, and the employeeβs benefits elections. Β Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.Β
We anticipate the salary range to be $173,781.00 - $301,405.20. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Β This salary is not guaranteed, as an individualβs compensation can vary based on several factors. Β These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
