We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vice President, Sales USA to assist us in the creation of our USA Sales Strategy. Β You will be responsible for building brand recognition and driving sales of our cutting-edge SaaS software solutions within the proptech industry. Your primary focus will be creating strategy to penetrate the US market, creating proposals, closing deals and building and scaling a team. Responsibilities:

Develop, execute and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and penetrate new markets.

Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align messaging and branding efforts with sales and company growth objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and market differentiation.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the companyβs reach and market share.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Clearly identifying micro-markets and creating specific products targeting those markets.

Monitor all the revenue streams and adjust as necessary.

Forecast revenue generation and the strategies required and planning accordingly.

Manage all revenue channel development and introducing new sales channels and partners.

Provide regular reporting and insights to the CEO and Business Committee as well as the board of directors on revenue performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Scale, lead and manage the sales, and business development to align efforts and optimize revenue opportunities.

Unify processes to offer the customer the best experience possible, which keeps them coming back.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track revenue performance and effectiveness of revenue generation initiative

Demonstrated success with 10-12 years of hands-on experience in sales, consistently exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.

This role will include travel up to 50% of the time across North America to meet with strategic clients and expand business.
