  2. Relentless Problem Solver: Dive deep into the heart of our customers' manufacturing facilities. Unearth their most formidable challenges and lead them to join forces with Gray Solutions to conquer them.
  3. Strategic Visionary: Develop audacious account-level strategies that are as bold as our culture. Execute these strategies with unwavering determination to create and close groundbreaking opportunities.

Qualifications






  1. Proactive Opportunity Identification:
    • Demonstrated history of proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within existing and untapped customer segments within the focus industries of Gray Solutions.
    • Track record of turning challenges into opportunities, showcasing the ability to innovate and drive positive outcomes for both the customers and the company.
  1. Enterprise-Level Strategy Development:
    • Proven success in developing strategic approaches and navigating Fortune 500 Enterprise Companies from initial prospecting to successful closure.
    • Ability to engage with key decision-makers at enterprise levels, demonstrating confidence and strategic thinking to establish long-term partnerships.
  1. Sales Process and CRM Proficiency:
    • Extensive experience in understanding and leveraging the value of a documented Sales Process, utilizing CRM and other tools to facilitate successful team sales.
    • Willingness to continuously adapt to evolving sales methodologies and technologies, ensuring the sales process remains efficient and effective.
  1. Market Analysis and Strategic Focus:
    • Ability to analyze markets and industries, identifying high-potential areas aligning with Gray Solutions' strategic objectives.
    • Demonstrated capability to allocate time and resources strategically, focusing efforts on areas that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  1. RFP Response Expertise:
    • Extensive experience in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with a focus on setting up the estimation and proposal team for success, leading to significant wins for the company.
    • Proven ability to craft compelling, tailored RFP responses that resonate with client needs, ensuring a strong foundation for successful proposal development and eventual partnerships.

The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; as well as other business and organizational needs.Β  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.Β  It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.Β  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $160,000 to $195,000.
