Nurse Practitioner (must understand basic Yiddish)

We are seeking an experienced and professional Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients in their homes.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
