In this role, you will…

Β 

β€’ Analyze current business workflows and customer journeys to develop new idea and identify enhancement opportunities,
participate in product decision-making, and define innovative solutions to achieve product goals.
β€’ Research, conceive, wireframe, sketch, mock-up, and prototype user interactions and interfaces for digital products from
low to high-fidelity.
β€’ Work with technology and business stakeholders to translate fuzzy concepts into concreate design solution and intuitive
user experience.

You possess …

Β 

β€’ Three or more years of professional experience in Product or UX design, with a proven track record of driving business
innovation and growth through creative, user-centered design solutions.
β€’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to deeply understand workflow
processes and business objectives.
β€’ Skilled in brainstorming and validating ideas, testing solutions with clients and users, and delivering end-to-end product
experiences that align with both business goals and user needs.
β€’ Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma is essential, coupled with fundamental Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
Experience with collaboration and handover tools such as Miro and Zeplin is highly beneficial.









Responsibilities






β€’ Analyze current business workflows and customer journeys to identify new opportunities and enhancements, actively
contributing to product decision-making and defining innovative solutions to achieve business goals.
β€’ Research competitive products and collaborate with product and business leaders to co-develop design differentiation
strategies.
β€’ Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to transform abstract concepts into concrete design solutions and
deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences.
β€’ Design and prototype user interactions and user interfaces, creating wireframes, sketches, mock-ups, and high-fidelity
designs for digital products.
β€’ Leverage product and user behavior data to gain insights into product performance and identify opportunities for
improvement.
β€’ Support the creation of executive pitch decks for product concepts, effectively communicating design ideas and strategies
to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
β€’ Contribute to and expand the Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across all design elements.
β€’ Champion new design ideas and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and product improvement.









Qualifications






β€’ Educational background in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience.
β€’ Three or more years of professional experience in Product or UX design, with a proven track record of driving business
innovation and growth through creative, user-centered design solutions.
β€’ A strong design portfolio is a must, showcasing a range of innovative product designs and demonstrating your ability to
solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful user experiences.
β€’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, with a strong grasp of workflow
processes, business objectives, and product goals.
β€’ Skilled in brainstorming, validating ideas, and testing solutions with clients and users, delivering comprehensive product
experiences that align with business needs.
β€’ Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma is essential, along with solid experience in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro and Zeplin is a plus.
β€’ Experience creating process diagrams, information architectures, and user journey maps. Capable of navigating complex
workflows and project scopes.
β€’ Critical thinker with the ability to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and dive deep into problems to create
effective design solutions.
β€’ Deep understanding of UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility, including compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA
standards.
β€’ Familiarity with user-centered design and testing methodologies, and experience addressing usability and accessibility
concerns.
β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey design processes, ideas, and solutions to stakeholdersβ€”
visually, verbally, and in writing.
