- Expansion into the US: Manage the state by state expansion into the US. This included handles: Sales Tax, Hr/Payroll, Licenses (if required)
- Work directly with US Accountants to ensure correctly financial reporting from a US GAAP and group perspective.
- Ensure all US filings done on time and accurate. Ensuring this filters into group reporting.
- Strong Data analytics skills. Leveraging vast amount of data within the organisation to improve KPI and Unit Economics. Building these into the monthly reporting pack
- Leverage data analytics to gain a better understanding of the business and ensure we communicate that across the relevant stakeholders and decision makers.Ā
- Basic requirement is to be able to complete a set of management accounts. Therefore improve on the current set and continue to evolve our reporting capabilities.Ā
- Ideally have post VC/PE experience to be able to implement that knowledge into our report process and pack
- Travel industry experience is a nice to have but not a requirement. However would be able to learn the industry and ensure we are looking at the right metrics etc.
